Internal Mastery – Begin by working directly on our YouTube channel to master the frameworks, brand voice, and strategic thinking.
Client Integration – Transition into high-impact client work once you have demonstrated mastery of the internal process.
Client Leadership – Take ownership of client calls and lead the communication process independently.
Lead Strategist – Reach the peak of the arc, becoming the primary strategist clients seek out for their vision.
The Commitment
Duration: A 12-month initial commitment is required.
The Goal: A long-term partnership that evolves as you do.

I'm not going to make you rich on day one. I'm going to pay you fairly for where you're starting, and I'm going to give you a visible path to serious money within 18 months.
Timeline: Months 1–6
Compensation Structure:
$2,200 USD/month (Fixed base rate)
There's no reduced trial rate. You're paid the apprentice rate in full. Expect ~40 hours per week. Paid monthly as an international contractor via Wise.
Timeline: Months 7–12
Compensation Structure: Increased Base + Performance bonuses (Client retention)
Base increases once you're touching client work directly. Plus performance bonuses tied to client retention on accounts you help manage.
Timeline: Months 13-18
Compensation Structure:
Top-Tier Base + % of Gross Margin
Base increases again once you own your first client book. Plus a percentage of gross margin on accounts you directly own. At this stage, top performers are earning meaningfully above where they started.
